OUR STORY
The Spark Event Collective was founded by Anh Nguyen, the Principal and Owner of Spark Event Management.
We set out to build a community of talented, independent event professionals who can manage and support a broad array of clients. Through the Collective, our planners receive administrative support while they focus on what they do best - manage events!
The Collective is run by a team of female industry leaders including Stephanie Barkley and Jade Piraux, who have learned first-hand the challenges of running a small business and hope to support other women in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
The goal of the Collective is to perfectly match independent event professionals with clients and projects, while providing operational support to these planners so they can focus on project work instead of business administration.
Founded on the principles of diversity, community, independence, and equality, we have created a forum where independent planners can thrive without the challenges of starting up an entrepreneurial pursuit of their own.
